Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
1. Introduction
Beeprd, Inc. ("Beeprd," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Beeprd platform at beeprd.com and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our services.
By using Beeprd, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use our services.
Beeprd is privacy-first by design, but users control what they publish, share, send, link, and make visible. Information you choose to make public or share with subscribers may be viewed, copied, saved, or re-shared by others outside Beeprd's control.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: Email address, phone number, and password when you create an account.
- Profile information: Display name, handle (@username), biography, profile photo, and any other information you choose to add to your public profile.
- Platform connections and sources: When you connect RSS/Atom-compatible sources, supported platform feeds, websites, newsletters, podcasts, GitHub feeds, or other sources, we collect the source names, feed URLs, identifiers, and feed content needed to operate the feature. Native direct API sync for some platforms may be added later and will be governed by the applicable provider authorization flow.
- Subscriber and messaging information: Subscriber relationships, access tiers, delivery preferences, private messages, connection requests, notification settings, and related profile identifiers.
- Links and transactions you choose to publish: Social links, payment links, event links, external websites, and related labels or visibility settings. Beeprd does not process payments made through external payment links.
- Billing information: Subscription tier, billing status, and payment metadata provided through our payment processor (we do not store full payment card numbers).
- Communication data: Messages, feedback, and support requests you send to us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, click patterns, and navigation paths.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers.
- Log data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, server logs, abuse-prevention signals, and security telemetry. Where practical for analytics, Beeprd uses privacy-safe hashes or aggregation instead of raw identifiers.
- Cookies and tracking: Session cookies, analytics cookies, and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Notice.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- OAuth providers, such as Google, provide your email and basic profile data when you sign in.
- Connected platforms provide content feeds and public profile data you authorize us to access.
- Analytics and payment processors provide usage and transaction data.
2.4 AI-Assisted Support and Admin Access Data
- AI-assisted support: We may process support questions through AI-assisted systems to provide low-risk, knowledge-base-grounded assistance.
- Sensitive support topics: Billing, refunds, account access, security, legal, privacy, deletion, admin-action, and user-data requests are routed to human review.
- Admin tooling: Authorized Beeprd administrators may access account and support records to troubleshoot issues, enforce policy, and maintain platform safety.
- Audit logs: Privileged administrative actions are logged with action metadata to support security, compliance, and incident response.
- Legal acceptance records: When you create an account, Beeprd may record your acceptance of our Terms, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Notice, DMCA/IP Policy, and Security Policy, including policy versions, timestamp, account email, user agent, IP metadata, and related signup context.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

- Subscriber visibility: Subscribers and other audience tiers can see signals, links, messages, contact-card fields, and content you publish according to the visibility settings you choose.
- Service providers: We share data with third-party providers who perform services on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics), subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Legal, safety, and abuse requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to enforce policies, investigate abuse, protect rights, prevent fraud, respond to security incidents, or protect user or public safety.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity with the same protections.
- With your consent: We share data when you explicitly authorize us to do so.
5. Data Retention
- We retain your account information for as long as your account is active.
- Upon account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within 30 days where reasonably practicable, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, abuse-investigation, backup, or compliance purposes.
- Usage data and log data are retained for up to 2 years for security and analytics, then anonymized or deleted.
- Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
- Support ticket, legal acceptance, administrative audit, abuse-prevention, and security records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance obligations.

Users can also manage many communication controls directly in-product, including email preference categories (auth, billing, product, support, admin alerts) and notification cadence settings.
6.1 GDPR and CCPA Disclosures
- GDPR: If you are in the EEA/UK, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection as permitted by law.
- CCPA/CPRA: If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure, deletion, and correction of personal information and may opt out of sale/sharing where applicable.

- Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256).

- Access controls and authentication requirements for internal systems.
- Monitoring and logging of access to sensitive data.
While we strive to protect your data and use reasonable safeguards, no internet service, storage system, transmission, device, or account is completely secure. You are responsible for what you choose to publish and for keeping your own account credentials and devices secure.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, to protect your data during international transfers.
9. Children's Privacy
Beeprd is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@beeprd.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
