1. Respect for Rights
Beeprd respects copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other intellectual property rights. Users are solely responsible for profile media, links, broadcasts, signals, messages, events, names, logos, and claims they publish or send through Beeprd.
2. Copyright Notices
If you believe Beeprd-hosted content infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@beeprd.com with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification and URL of the allegedly infringing content; your name, address, phone, and email; a good-faith statement that use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights owner.
3. Counter-Notices
If your content was removed and you believe removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may send a counter-notice with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed content and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, phone, and email; and consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law.
4. Enforcement and Repeat Infringers
Beeprd may remove or disable content, notify users, preserve records, restore content where legally appropriate, suspend or terminate repeat infringers, and reject abusive, incomplete, fraudulent, or bad-faith notices.
5. Other IP, Publicity, and Impersonation Complaints
Trademark, brand-rights, impersonation, publicity-rights, privacy-rights, counterfeit, or misleading-affiliation concerns may also be sent to legal@beeprd.com. Beeprd does not adjudicate all third-party disputes and may require court orders or other proof before taking action.
