1. Respect for Rights
Beeprd respects copyright, trademark, publicity, and other intellectual property rights. Users are responsible for the content, profile media, links, broadcasts, and signals they publish.
2. Copyright Notices
If you believe content on Beeprd infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@beeprd.com with: your contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, the Beeprd URL or content at issue, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notices
If your content was removed and you believe removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief removal was mistaken, consent to applicable jurisdiction, and your signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
Beeprd may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or misuse the notice process.

Trademark, impersonation, and brand-rights concerns may also be sent to legal@beeprd.com.
