v0.1.1June 2026

Mobile sign-in, subscriber controls, and profile privacy upgrades

Beeprd v0.1.1 improves the mobile app experience, account security, subscriber controls, profile privacy, broadcasts, and analytics while keeping Beeprd calm and signal-first.

New

  • Mobile passkey sign-in with Face ID, Touch ID, Android biometrics, or device PIN on supported devices.
  • More granular contact visibility for email and phone sharing across audience groups.
  • Expanded subscriber access levels for better relationship control and more precise broadcast targeting.
  • Subscriber self-unsubscribe controls and clearer subscription stats.

Improved

  • Clearer broadcast delivery summaries, recipient matching, and sent broadcast history.
  • Installed-app phone alert setup now includes clearer device status, setup guidance, and test pings.
  • Profile analytics, profile editing, optional pronouns, and public profile presentation were refined.
  • Mobile layout improvements across Settings, Support, Admin, Profile, Events, and account menus.

Privacy note

  • Beeprd never stores fingerprint or face data. Your device verifies you locally; Beeprd only stores secure public passkey credential metadata.
  • Contact email and phone visibility remain controlled by the profile owner and only appear to the audiences they choose.
  • Email/password and Google sign-in remain available as fallback paths when a device passkey is unavailable.
Signals UpdateJune 2026

V1 signal pings now support installed-app phone alerts

Beeprd subscriber notifications now use a cost-controlled V1 model: in-app pings first, optional Web Push for installed Beeprd mobile web users, and no default Resend email blasts for every signal.

New

  • Subscribing to another profile now saves real signal-category preferences for that followed profile.
  • Matching automatic signals and direct broadcasts create in-app Beeprd pings for subscribers.
  • Users can enable Installed-app Web Push in Settings -> Notifications to receive optional phone alerts when supported by their device/browser.

How to use it

  • Install Beeprd on your phone from the browser/home-screen flow.
  • Sign in, open Settings -> Notifications, and enable Installed-app Web Push.
  • Subscribe to a profile and choose the signal categories you want to receive.

Roadmap

  • V1 keeps signal emails out of Resend blast behavior for cost control.
  • V2 expands push infrastructure with deeper token lifecycle, APNs/Android scope when needed, quiet hours, and stronger delivery controls.
  • V3 is Enterprise-only for advanced/high-volume delivery, including usage-priced email where Beeprd supplies the technology and the customer pays for sending volume.
Profile UpdateJune 2026

More control over public identity, availability, and instant sharing

Beeprd profiles now give users more precise control over how their identity and collaboration availability appear publicly, while making mobile sharing more honest and useful.

New

  • Public profile name display now supports combined identity formats: full name + username, full name + company, or username + company + full name.
  • Profile owners can toggle Availability: Open to collaborations on or off.
  • When enabled, Open to collaborations appears on the public-facing Beeprd profile.
  • Credibility is now clearly positioned as a Pro-and-above public profile feature.
  • Profile sharing now includes a polished Invite flow for Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok so users can invite people to join their signal network.
  • Public profiles now position mobile share sheet, QR, and `.vcf` contact saving as the real instant-share path.

Fixed

  • Custom Beeprd ID pager messages now preserve spaces between words, so messages like Book Me for Strategy Calls render correctly.
  • Public display-name settings now validate and persist the expanded identity choices.
  • Tap-to-connect language has been replaced on active front-facing surfaces so Beeprd no longer implies unsupported phone-to-phone NFC behavior.
  • Social profile shares now point to the user's public Beeprd profile and use Beeprd-hosted preview images with the user's profile photo when available.

Notes

  • Availability is owner-controlled and only appears publicly when the user turns it on.
  • Combined identity labels use the profile's saved full name, username, and company name fields.
  • Instagram and TikTok invite actions copy polished invite text for pasting into posts, captions, or stories because those platforms do not reliably allow browser-created prefilled posts.
  • Save Contact remains the `.vcf` fallback when native system sharing is not available or the contact handoff is the better fit.
