Beeprd is built for professional signal networking. This policy protects users, subscribers, Beeprd, and the integrity of the platform.

2. Prohibited Use

• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive broadcasts, or notification abuse.
• Illegal, fraudulent, harmful, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or violent content.
• Impersonation, misrepresentation, phishing, credential harvesting, or social engineering.
• Malware, scraping, automated abuse, rate-limit evasion, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Adult, regulated, financial, medical, or legal claims that violate applicable law or platform rules.

3. Signal Quality Rules

Users must respect subscriber preferences, cadence controls, opt-outs, and privacy settings. Beeprd may limit, throttle, remove, suspend, or terminate activity that harms signal quality or user trust.

4. Enforcement

Beeprd may investigate suspected violations, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or report activity to authorities where appropriate.
