Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

Beeprd is for professional identity, intentional networking, privacy-aware sharing, and subscriber-controlled signals. Beeprd does not endorse malicious, unlawful, deceptive, exploitative, spammy, or abusive use of the platform.

2. User Responsibility

Users act on their own behalf. You are solely responsible for your profile, messages, broadcasts, events, links, payment links, claims, subscriber relationships, and external transactions. Beeprd does not verify or endorse user claims, businesses, offers, opportunities, products, services, events, payments, or links.

3. Prohibited Use

• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, credential harvesting, social engineering, identity theft, or deceptive fundraising.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive broadcasts, notification abuse, unlawful marketing, or evasion of subscriber preferences.
• Impersonation, misrepresentation, fake affiliation, fake identity, fake endorsements, or misleading professional claims.
• Harassment, threats, stalking, doxing, exploitation, hate, violent content, self-harm encouragement, or abuse of minors.
• Malware, spyware, ransomware, malicious code, denial-of-service activity, scraping, credential attacks, or unauthorized access attempts.
• Harvesting, selling, scraping, or misusing personal information, subscriber data, contact-card data, profile data, analytics, or messages.
• Infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, or proprietary rights.
• Misleading income, investment, employment, health, legal, financial, regulated-service, or professional advice claims.
• Illegal goods or services, regulated goods or services offered unlawfully, sanctions evasion, trafficking, exploitation, or terrorist content.
• Attempts to bypass account, billing, rate-limit, entitlement, privacy, security, access-control, or anti-abuse systems.

4. Signal Quality and Consent

Users must respect opt-ins, opt-outs, cadence controls, subscriber preferences, contact visibility, message boundaries, and applicable consent laws. Beeprd may throttle, limit, or block activity that creates noise, violates trust, or harms deliverability.

5. Payment Links and External Activity

If you display payment links, sales links, donation links, event links, or external offers, you are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, delivery, refunds, taxes, disputes, claims, and customer relationships connected to those links. Beeprd does not process, guarantee, insure, endorse, or mediate user-to-user or third-party transactions.

6. Enforcement

Beeprd may investigate, remove content, restrict features, throttle sends, disable links, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected users, cooperate with platforms or authorities, or take any action we reasonably believe is needed to protect users, Beeprd, or the public.

7. Reporting Abuse

Report abuse, scams, impersonation, spam, malicious use, or safety concerns to abuse@beeprd.com. Legal or IP complaints may be sent to legal@beeprd.com.
